KUDU+ End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Vohnic Arts LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of KUDU+ App and any associated software, documentation, and updates or upgrades that replace or supplement the software in any respect and which are not distributed with a separate license (collectively, the "Service").

2. Use of Your Email Address

By using the Service, you agree to provide your email address for the purpose of account registration and to receive occasional emails from us related to the Service, including, but not limited to, updates, offers, and newsletters. Your email address will be used solely for these purposes and will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will never sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. Your information will be used exclusively as described in this EULA and our Privacy Policy.

4. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this EULA by posting the updated agreement on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to this EULA constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
